How the Fortnite XP Curve Works
Every Battle Pass level costs more XP than the last, but only up to a point. The cost climbs by 1,500 XP per level starting from a 15,000 XP base, then locks at a flat 80,000 XP once you pass roughly level 45 — and that flat rate carries on forever for OG and bonus progression past level 100. The chart below plots that climb-then-plateau shape directly:

Formula: XP for level L → L+1 = min(15,000 + (L-1) × 1,500, 80,000). At Level 1 that's 15,000 XP; by Level 20 it's climbed to 43,500 XP; by Level 45 the curve hits its 80,000 XP ceiling (highlighted bar) and stays completely flat for every level after — including every OG level once you've maxed the 100-tier pass.

Where Your XP Actually Comes From
Three sources cover almost every XP point you'll ever earn, and this calculator tracks each one separately for transparency instead of blending them into a single guess.
Match XP — survival time, eliminations, and placement combine into a per-match total. It varies enough match to match that this tool uses your self-entered average rather than simulating individual games.
Daily Quests — up to 3 slots refresh every day and are worth roughly 19,500 XP each at current-season rates. Skipping them is the single biggest source of lost XP for casual players.
Weekly Quests — a larger pool of quests (including Epic and Legendary tiers) refreshes weekly, averaging roughly 50,000 XP each. These carry the most weight per action of any XP source.
Will You Hit Your Target Before the Season Ends?
Enter how many days are left in the current season and the calculator compares that against your projected days-to-target. If your pace falls short, it also tells you roughly how much XP per day you'd need to add to close the gap in time — so you know exactly whether to grind harder or accept a lower final level.
Leave the deadline field at 0 to skip this check entirely — useful for OG level chasers with no fixed end date, since bonus progression often continues as long as the season stays active.
